Swisher Commercial has successfully represented University of Michigan Credit Union (UMCU) and Core Spaces in the sale of property located at 333 E William St. Ann Arbor MI. Michael L Jurgenson, CCIM represented Core Spaces and Mike Giraud and Randy Maas represented UMCU.
Core Spaces has obtained approval for the development of a new 16 story, 206 unit, 700 bed residential tower at the site. Previously, the UMCU had utilized the site as their William Street Branch, which has now been relocated to the UMCU E. Huron Street location.
