New Salon Moves Into 515 S. Main in Chelsea, Michigan.

Highbrow & Rouge, now located at 515 S. Main St. Suite 3 in Chelsea, opened in 2018 in Ann Arbor with the goal to help make people’s beauty routines easier. The salon offers a variety of services for its clients including eyelash services, permanent makeup, microblading and more.”
“Highbrow & Rouge is more than doubling its space with its new Chelsea location and Mayers said she is looking to expand her team. The new location will have four rooms compared to the one in its previous spot in Ann Arbor.
The new location will also feature a small retail area that focuses on beauty products like body oils, locally made candles, small gifts as well as brow and lash products.
A grand opening of the Chelsea location is planned for sometime in November, which will be the same time she will start to take on new clients, Mayers said.”
