The Detroit Free Press covers an update on a recently leased 7,899 SF retail space located at 1611 Michigan Ave, Detroit. Jeff Evans of Swisher Commercial was the leasing broker for this deal.
“A new social gathering spot with a selection of activities including duckpin bowling and dart walls and a wide selection of tap beer will open in Corktown. The new spot, Corktown Taphouse, is the latest announcement for the Perennial Corktown site on Michigan Avenue.
Corktown Taphouse, touted as a family-friendly pub, plans to offer a variety of drink selections, including 70 self-service taps for beer, wine, and seltzers, along with food options.
The place will also be a spot for duckpin bowling, a game that uses smaller pins and a lighter-weight ball to knock the pins down.”
