Mike Jurgenson brings over 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the team at Swisher Commercial Real Estate. He has represented numerous Fortune 1000 firms and individuals
throughout the states of Michigan, Ohio, North and South Carolina. Mike has a broad range of experience that includes brokerage, development, and consulting. He has held the CCIM (Certified
Commercial Investor Member) designation since 1981.
Prior to joining Swisher, he was the Managing Principal of the largest commercial real estate firm in Northwest Ohio and was also Senior Vice President of Webstrand Development Corporation.
Mike is currently an Associate Broker and Partner at Swisher Commercial. He served as President/CEO of Swisher Commercial from 2018-2020.
Mike is a graduate of University of Michigan where his concentration was business and real estate.
