Sandy has been a licensed Realtor® for over 16 years, holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) designation, has over 35 years of customer service experience, and currently administrate the listing, marketing, leasing, and selling aspects of both commercial and residential real estate for Charlie Koenn. 

Her professional affiliations include membership with the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors (NAR®), Michigan Association of Realtors (MR®) and the Western Washtenaw Business Association. She also is an enthusiastic participant of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor (BRAG), as well as both the Dexter and Chelsea Chambers of Commerce. 

As a lifelong resident of Southeast Michigan, with the last 25 years in the Ann Arbor area currently residing in Dexter with her husband, she is keenly attuned to local community affairs, activities and progress.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
